Places to eat in Karaburun

The local cuisine of Izmir Karaburun has traces of Aegean and Mediterranean cuisine. Olive oil dishes, salads, herbs and greens are at the forefront. Sea and fish products are also consumed in the region. Salads made with radicchio, date olives, radish herb and artichoke are famous in the local cuisine. You can also taste the bitter herb roast made with a mixture of various herbs. The second stop is Balıklıova, where Garip'in Yeri and Manzara Restaurant are the flavour stops of Balıklıova. The next stop is Karaburun. Kalyon Restaurant, Number 1 Restaurant and Albatros Fish Restaurant at Karaburun Pier and Saipaltı Restaurant at Saipaltı Pier are the indispensable addresses for fish lovers. While heading towards Ildırı, it is the most enjoyable to complete the sunset with fish at Ildırı Pier Fish Restaurant.

For breakfast; We recommend Melisa Breakfast House in Amberseki village. You can discover the local flavours of Karaburun. For lunch, we recommend you to try snacks and delicious grilled meat and fish varieties in the hotel restaurant. Our other recommendations are Saip country coffee house and Zeytindibi breakfast place.

For dinner; We recommend you to reserve a nice table on the pier with fresh fish, meat and appetisers at Taşada Hotel restaurant. Apart from that, we recommend Karaburun Pier restaurant for a different place. Engin Pansiyon, Altın Tabak İsmet Usta and İskele Restaurant also offer a pleasant environment for dinner!
We are sure that you will like the local ice creams made with goat's milk in the Seven Brothers cafe in the centre of Karaburun.
