Going to Mengen Lezzet Dünyası was a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere of the place is quite warm and cozy. When we went there for breakfast, our table was filled with classic breakfast items such as a wide variety of cheeses, olives, honey, butter and pastries. Especially the honey and local cheeses were delicious. The soft pişis and pancakes were the stars of the breakfast. The pancake was prepared with plenty of ingredients and was very filling.

I also had a great dinner at Mengen Çiftlik Et & Mangal. I recommend you to taste the meat cooked on wood fire here. The lamb tandoori and sausage were quite delicious. In addition to the barbecued meats, side dishes such as yogurt appetizers and pastries were also very successful. If the weather is nice, it is very pleasant to sit outside and eat in the middle of nature.

At Mengen Sofrası, especially the local dishes caught my attention. Fresh keshkek and stuffed leaves with meat were among the best dishes I tried. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a very authentic and traditional way, which allows you to enjoy your meal slowly.

Another morning, I had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Köy Kahvaltı Evi (Village Breakfast House). Homemade jams and pancakes made fresh in the morning caught my attention. This breakfast made with fresh products increased my interest in the organic flavors of Mengen even more.

Finally, I had the opportunity to have breakfast at the Green Valley Restaurant. It is right in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery. The staff is very attentive and the breakfast menu is very rich. Especially the olives and local butter were delicious. I can also say that all the ingredients used here are fresh and organic.
