Places to see in Moda

1. Moda Beach and Promenade: When you take a step on the promenade along the beach, you find peace in the sea view. As your eyes drift to the sea, this road, where many people jog, walk, bike and enjoy themselves, allows you to relax. Moreover, there are parks and benches to sit on, so you can sit and relax in this beautiful atmosphere.

2. Historic Moda Pier: When you first see the pier, you immediately feel how special its historical texture is. Built in 1916, this elegant structure is decorated with Kütahya tiles. When it reopened after its restoration, it became a popular meeting point for locals and tourists. Especially at sunset, you can sit on the pier and witness a wonderful view accompanied by the gentle breeze of the sea.

3. Barış Manço House: This house, where Barış Manço, the legendary name of Turkish music, lived, now accepts visitors as a museum. The personal belongings and memories of the artist are very successful in making you feel the nostalgic atmosphere. If you are a fan of Barış Manço, you will have a very special experience when you step into this house. Every detail in this house allows you to get to know Manço's life a little more closely.

4. Moda Tea Gardens: One of the most suitable places for the calm atmosphere of Moda is the tea gardens. Especially if you want to have a tea against the sea view. 

5. Süreyya Opera House: If you are interested in art, you can visit Süreyya Opera House on Bahariye Street. Opened in 1927, this historic building hosts both theater and opera performances. 8. Yoğurtçu Park: Yoğurtçu Park is an ideal place for those who want to spend time with nature in Moda. You can take a walk in this park full of trees, sit on a bench and read a book or just enjoy nature. It is one of the rare places in Istanbul where you can stay in touch with nature.

9. Potlaç Market: Potlaç Bazaar, where women sell their handmade products on the Moda coastal road, has a very colorful atmosphere. Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between May and November, you can find both nostalgic items and handmade souvenirs.
